How it works

• You upload, drop off or post the photos and/or videos to us. We suggest a minimum of 30-35 photos for roughly a 3 minute video.
• We aim to get the tribute to you within 3-5 days, most cases 1-3 days
• All photos must be removed from album 
• Number the photos and/or videos in order that you want them in the tribute (or we can order them how we think)
• choose 3-8 songs
• We need at least 10 photos per minute of the video. So for example a 3 minute video would be 30 photos, 4 minute 40 photos etc
• We produce the tribute in mp4 format as this is how funeral homes want the production
• We email you a link with a full preview to see if you are happy. This copy of the tribute will have a large watermark. 
• Once you are happy and we received the fee, then we will email you a link to download of the finished production minus the watermark. We can also send you a copy on a thumbdrive via Express Post or you collect.
•  All hard copy (non digital) photos you provided to us will either be handed directly back to you or express posted 
• We will only keep copies of your photos and  the completed tribute for 14 days after the completion date and then they are completely removed from our database. We DO NOT keep any backup copies for privacy reasons
• NOTICE we are not responsible for any photos if they are lost in the post, please contact Australia Post if this happens

You can upload your photos and videos digitally, or provide them via drop-off or post. For best results, we recommend a minimum of 30–35 photos for a 3-minute video.

Our standard turnaround time is 3–5 days, with many projects completed within 1–3 days.

Preparing Your Content

    •    Please ensure all photos are removed from albums                prior to submission.

    •    Number your photos and/or videos in your preferred            order, or we can professionally arrange them for you.

    •    Select 3–8 songs to accompany your tribute.

    •    As a guide, allow approximately 10 photos per minute            of video (e.g. 30 photos for a 3-minute video, 40 for a            4-minute video).

Production & Delivery

    •    All tributes are produced in MP4 format, suitable for              most viewing platforms.

    •    You will receive a preview link with a watermarked                  version of your video for approval.

    •    Once approved and payment is received, we will                      provide a download link to the final, watermark-free              version.

    •    If preferred, we can also supply your video on a USB              via Express Post, or arrange collection.

Handling of Materials

    •    All hard copy photos will be returned to you either in             person or via Express Post.

    •    We retain your files and completed tribute for 14                    days after completion, after which all content is                      permanently deleted from our system. No backup                  copies are kept, ensuring your privacy.

Important Notice

While we take the utmost care with all materials, we are not responsible for items lost in transit. In such cases, please contact Australia Post directly.

How it Works

• Post or drop off the photos (Must be removed from album)
• We scan all the photos and copy to a usb Flashdrive or upload them to our cloud for you to download (no extra charge for this) 
• We can post via express the flashdrive and your photos back to you, or you can collect
• Please allow 7 working days for them to be scanned, processed and returned via post. 
• We will email or text you when they have been posted or are ready to be collected.
• Photos that we scan are only kept on our server for 14 days and are then permantly deleted
• NOTICE we are not responsible for any photos if they are lost in the post. Please contact Australia Post if this happens
