We store the photos and/or videos we collect from you on our local office server for a maximum of 14 days. After this period, they are automatically deleted from our database. The final product will be securely stored on a Microsoft Cloud Server for an additional 2 weeks, allowing you to view or download the video directly. This content will also be automatically deleted after the designated time.

Access to the specified material will be limited to the two individuals who work in the office and are responsible for creating the video.

There are three ways to pay for our services:

1. If you are collecting or we are delivering the thumb drive in person, you can use our      EFTpos (credit card only) machine on the day of collection.
2. If you are not collecting in person, our invoice will have a credit card link
3. Alternatively, you can transfer the total amount directly to our bank account using          the details we will provide. Via PayID or EFT Transfer

Please note that payments made by credit card will incur an additional surcharge.

All tributes will consist of 3-8 songs of your choosing. In the online form you will complete before we begin processing, please provide your selection of 5 songs.

All photos will come on a thumbdrive and in one large folder in JPEG format. 

Of course. It will cost a further $33 for a backed up copy on another thumbdrive

Unfortunately, we cannot accept photo albums as they become increasingly difficult to handle with age. We ask that you remove the photos before sending them to us, as we cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur during the removal of individual photos from the albums.

Once we receive the photos, we aim to process them within 3-5 days and return them to you within 10-14 days. In most cases they are returned within 7 working days
